Based on the principle 'less is more', Tobias and Michael have conceptualized aer and founded their brand in Vienna in 2019. The brand has been striving to eliminate single-use packaging while setting new standards in the formulation and product design of home and personal care. From kitchen cleaner to scented hand soap, all aer products are designed to eliminate waste and inferior formulations from our daily routine. The name of the brand comes from the Greek aer meaning air (oxygen), referring to the fact that the brand ships a few grams of powder compared to kilos of liquids for existing, pre-filled home and personal care products. This results in 95% less carbon emissions per shipment aer makes.

All of the brand’s effective, non-toxic products are formulated without water (an ingredient you already have at home) and are paired with reusable, recyclable and refillable bottles so you only buy the bottle once and never have to throw it away again.
