We aim to pack and ship your favorites the same day, on orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 local time. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped on Monday.
DELIVERY
At aire goods we ship to all EU countries through our shipping partner Correos. Spanish customers will be shipped through the Standard delivery options at € 6,95. Shipments to the rest of Europe will be send through Correos Standard at a flat fee of € 14,95 and will take approximately 2 - 7 working days, depending upon your country of residence. Unfortunately we currently do not offer World Wide delivery.
SAME DAY LOCAL PICK UP
We our local customers we offer a same day pick up for orders placed during weekdays. Simply choose the pick-up option during the check-out process and your favorites are ready to be collected within two hours in our store in San Luis de Sabinillas.
Whatever the reason, at AIRE goods you have the right to return your product or order without reason within 14 days after delivery.

Ghost Nets cables
Every year 640.000 tons of fishing gear are dumped in our oceans. ”Ghost Nets” specifically are harmful fishing nets, discarded at sea, continuing to catch and kill marine life for hundreds of years until the nets break down into microplastics. Species trapped in Ghost Nets die, which means food for other aquatic living beings who also get caught and die, leading to a deadly cycle. Shipping
This product is directly shipped from Sweden to your address, throughout Europe and the rest of the world. Your order is processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Le Cord AB and aire goods are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and all costs are your responsibility as a consumer.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Le Cord accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and the brand will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email Le Cord as soon as possible at support@lecord.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. The brand addresses your requests on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
